SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Worldwide: Free shipping on all orders above 250€ (including VAT). Orders below the minimum incur a shipping cost of 15€ for a 6-7 days delivery (not available for all destinations) or 22€ for a 2-3 days delivery using _______________.

Greece: Free shipping on ALL orders. Delivery time is 1-2 working days using ELTA Couriers. We also provide the ability to pay on delivery. During Sales period and Holiday Season delivery times might be higher due to high volume.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Customers may track their order via the tracking number provided by the courier company.

Upon delivery, carefully check the condition of the goods and ensure that their packaging is intact, in order to identify any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to exchange or return the product you purchased you may do so within 14 working days from the date received by the following two ways:

If you require a refund: In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal the complete amount will be credited back on your card. In case of cash on delivery please provide us with the details of your bank account to deposit the amount within a 15 working days period. You must return the product in the same condition as it was delivered to you, without having removed the labeling. You must notify us first via email or phone for your Return Request in prior. Upon receipt of the product, your request shall immediately be processed. The return will only be approved after the company reviews of the returned product, and you will be notified by e-mail of the next steps.

The return of your payment shall be carried out within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
